Building a capsule from three pieces

A shoe, a bag and one good coat. How three Buryn pieces can carry a whole season if you choose them well.

Most wardrobes fail because they are built from impulses. A capsule is built from decisions. Start with three pieces you would wear four days out of seven and work outwards.

The three

  • A shoe you can walk ten kilometres in — the Court Low.

  • A bag that fits a laptop and still looks deliberate — Duffle 01.

  • A coat that makes everything under it look intentional.

Everything else should be cheap to replace and easy to wash. Grey knits, white tees, black trousers. Let the three do the talking.

Buy fewer things, but buy the loud ones on purpose.
